Our leadership team recognizes the authority of God and realizes that we are shepherds who serve under the Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ. We desire to devote ourselves to prayer and to the ministry of the Word. Our passion and goal are to equip the believers for the work of the ministry until we all attain maturity in the fullness of Christ.

Matt Lee • Senior Pastor

Pastor Matt was born and raised in Everett, Washington where he lived with his parents and 4 brothers. He graduated from Northwest University in 2005 and was a Youth Pastor for 16 years at Camano Chapel Church on Camano Island. He was hired on as the Senior Pastor on September 2021, where he is continuing to serve. He has been married to Jaymi for 22 years and has three kids Logan age 18, Maya age 15, and Brooklyn 12. He loves to fish, hike, coach sports, and watch a good movie. His favorite bible verse is 2 Kings 6:17 “Then Elisha prayed and said, “O Lord, please open his eyes that he may see.” So the Lord opened the eyes of the young man, and he saw, and behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.”

John Gustafson
Deacon Chairman

John Gustafson was raised a Baptist and has attended many different Baptist churches in which he has been heavily involved mainly as a Sunday School teacher. John served in the U.S. Coast Guard for four years and was trained as a technician. He has worked for Safeway, Pitney Bowes, and then most recently was a machinist from which he has retired. He and his wife, Judy, have been married 32 years. John has two children; three grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. His favorite scripture is Galatians 5:25 . He enjoys computers, has always been interested in technology, and loves gadgets.

Linda Coonrad
Minister of Records

Linda has been married to her husband, Carl, for 59 years. They have 3 children, 6 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren. After going to college in her 50’s, she team-taught 6th grade with her husband for 15 years before retiring. She enjoys baking, crafting, hiking, and reading. Her favorite Bible verse is Galatians 8:20 because it says we have died to our old lives and been born again in Christ.

Ron Weaver • Deacon

Ron Weaver was born in Florida and grew up in central California where he lived until he moved to Ohio at age 12. Although he did not attend church, he grew up with his mother’s Christian influence. While attending Wright State University, Ron met his wife Tarianne, and six years later they were married on May 27, 1989. They have one son, Andrew. Ron and Tarianne are both very involved in Awana, a children’s ministry.
